Description
Two Tufted Puffins are joined by a lone Horned Puffin off the coast in the San Juan Islands in Washington State.
I've read that horned Puffins are extremely rare this far south, possibly being the only one in the lower 48 States! To to see one with these two Tufted Puffins was exciting indeed.
